Main technical features
1. The direct drive of the warp beam, the variable frequency speed control motor realizes the stepless setting of the warping speed, and the line speed is constant.
2. The inclined guide rail is formed by linear pressure, and the pressure is stable and constant. The closed-loop pressure control of the high-precision proportional pressure reducing valve enables constant warp beam winding density.
3. The gauge length of the pressure roller and the warp beam is connected with higher precision.
